North American yummy food

In the interests of balance, and to explain why I am already several kg heavier than when we arrived, here are some of the yummy things we have discovered in the US and Canada.
Cinnabon and other cinnamon buns - they smell delicious, they melt in your mouth and they are full of sugar and fat.
Donuts - From the Donut man in Massachusetts and from Tim Hortons in Canada - (we weren't that excited about Krispy Kremes). I really like anything with custard in, and particularly the maple crunch ones. They melt in your mouth and are full of sugar and fat.
Root beer - Mark has had a wonderful time sampling all different brands of boutique root beers. They range from delicious to undrinkable.
New York Fries - made with real unfrozen potatoes and just the right dimensions.
Pulled pork - we would call it shredded. It is juicy and delicious and probably full of fat.
Ice cream sandwiches - why can't they make these in NZ?
Peanut butter cups in all their permutations. The Reeces Fast Break bar which combines nougat and peanut butter is my personal favourite.
Nut mixtures that don't contain peanuts and are still a reasonable price. I like the Planters pistachio lovers and pecan lovers and...
"I can't believe it's not butter" (a table spread that tastes just like butter!)
